The ID3A Jam.
A facilitated design-thinking process that puts 20 to 120+ people in a room and lets them solve their own problems through structured, collaborative sessions. Available standalone, or as the anchor of the Community SUCC3SS Accelerator.
The Principle
The facilitator guides the process. The community provides the answers.
Conventional community engagement is extractive.
An outside expert arrives, conducts interviews and focus groups, writes a report, and leaves. The community’s knowledge gets translated into the consultant’s framework. The recommendations may be good. They’re rarely implemented.
Design thinking inverts this.
Instead of extracting community knowledge into expert frameworks, it creates the conditions for communities to discover their own solutions.
The Process
One room. Both kinds of truth.
The ID3A Jam combines community engagement, data collection, and collaborative problem-solving — producing both qualitative insights and quantitative data from the same session, at 20 people or at 120+. R3SET doesn’t arrive with solutions. It creates the conditions for the community to discover their own.
Insight and data, from the same room.
Recommendations the community already owns — because they made them.
A way in, not a way out: every participant is a potential cooperative member.
